Cory Riordan
Assistant Director

Cory Riordan serves as the Program Director.  He joined St. Clair Superior Development Corporation in November 2005.  His work at SCSDC includes organizing and running block clubs, oversight for the STEPS to a Healthier Cleveland campaign for the neighborhood, collaborating on the Comprehensive Anti Gang Initiative, and leading the planning process for Asiatown.  He also attends meetings at the city when neighborhood issues are at stake. 

He worked for three years at Common Ground, a small not-for-profit organization west of Oberlin, Ohio.  At Common Ground he was the Youth Programs Manager.  In this role he was responsible for designing, implementing and administering a variety of programs with special emphasis on environmental education and teambuilding.  Cory worked extensively with diverse, urban populations and has done volunteer work within the community in which he currently resides.

Cory earned his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University in 2002.  He just completed a Masters Degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University.
