Chris Kious
Housing Services Manager

Chris Kious serves as Housing Services Manager. He has been with SCSDC since November 2003. Chris focuses on the various aspects of owning and living in a home.   Chris works with the City of Cleveland Health Department and local contractors on reducing lead exposure through a Lead Hazards Control Program, leads code enforcement initiatives and brokers services to assist home owners and renters in improving the homes. Chris also staffs the neighborhood Environmental Committee.

Prior to joining SCSDC, Chris has worked in a variety of capacities, including sales, marketing, software training, web development, business management, and private tutoring.

Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences (Biology and Chemistry) from Kalamazoo College (MI).
