Planning for the Future With the help of a team of consultants from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations, this strategic plan was designed to be a guiding document for the St. Clair Superior Development Corporation. Over the next three years, SCSDC will use this document as a reference when determining new projects or services as it works to strengthen and improve the neighborhood. The strategic plan will also be used to help the staff and board remain focused on the key goals the organization wants to address.
