CHN Housewarming SCSDC believes that everyone should be able to enjoy the comforts of their home, even during the coldest Cleveland winter day. To help low income homeowners and renters address their home's energy inefficiencies, SCSDC has partnered with the Cleveland Housing Network to offer home weatherization services. The Housewarming Program offers weatherization work, at no charge to renters and home owners who qualify. The Housewarming program has evolved from simple insulation installation to a thorough approach to household safety and resource efficiency. The work performed includes: Side wall insulation Attic insulation Furnace repairs The expanded program now comprehensively deals with the safety and energy efficiency of low-income households.
