Industrial Services

St. Clair Superior Development Corporation is committed to providing quality industrial services to industrial stakeholders in our community.  Acting as liaison between the industrial community and government entities, SCSDC can often facilitate communication on topics such as: financial incentives, federal and state assistance programs, and other general industrial questions.

SSCDC has formed working relationships with industrial and manufacturing oriented agencies such as CIRI, WIRE-Net and MAGNET as well as COSE which assists small businesses.

Over the course of the coming year SCSDC will be in the process of creating an industrial master plan for the industrial neighborhood.  This plan will help guide future developments in the industrial neighborhood.
