St. Clair Superior Security Program

St. Clair Superior Development Corporation has worked with Tenable Protective Services to establish the St. Clair Superior Security Program for the St. Clair Superior neighborhood.  The program is open to all businesses in the area and will provide a security presence in the neighborhood during evening hours and on the weekends.  Tenable Protective Services will also act as a first responder to alarm drops, providing quick response to verify and act upon alarm calls.

Program Summary:

Hours of Operation:    4:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday – Friday;
24 Hour Service starting Friday evening through Monday mornings

            Cost of Participation:  $50 monthly retainer fee; $35 per alarm response

            Patrol Services:           Armed security officer in a marked Tenable vehicle

Program Options:        Tenable offers a full range of security options including specific building checks and the use of the Detex System, which provides verification and time stamp of officer patrols.

The St. Clair Superior Security Program is designed to create a presence in the neighborhood during off hours.  As more and more businesses sign up for this program, that presence will increase and it will become more difficult for a criminal to commit property crimes.  In the event of a break-in, having Tenable act as first responders limits the amount of time a criminal has inside your building, thus limiting the damage they can cause. Tenable can also verify that the alarm is not a false alarm and alert the police, ensuring a quick response from the Cleveland Police Department.
